Hello,

In addition to the forty years of my professional work as a psychotherapist, some of my own best life lessons come from being a wife, mother, friend and colleague. What I have gleaned from the experience of being married for three and a half decades, a member of many communities and my own therapy process informs and enriches what I offer as a therapist. We are all on this journey together, the journey of being human. It is by sharing and learning along the way that we can assist in each other’s personal growth. I believe that this is the path towards evolutionary change.
