About

Carol Odell

A therapist, author, and storyteller.

With 40+ years of experience, she blends wisdom to guide healing and transformation, believing shared stories foster growth and connection.

In addition to the forty years of my professional work as a psychotherapist, some of my own best life lessons come from being a wife, mother, friend, and colleague. What I have gleaned from the experience of being married for thirty-eight years, a member of many communities, and through my own therapy process informs and enriches what I offer as a therapist.

We are all on this journey together, the journey of being human. It is by sharing and learning along the way that we can assist in each other’s personal growth. I believe that this is the path towards evolutionary change.

Life presents us with many challenges including relationships, work, and family.
Navigating responsibly through these difficulties requires thoroughly examining our thoughts, motives, and emotions.
